1 General Provisions and Eligibility

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has an expiry date. If the requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering has been completed.
• Multiple bonuses may not be claimed from the same household or the same device.
• c33bmw reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

6 Gaming Rules and Game Conduct

All games on the c33bmw platform are conducted according to specific rules. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

General Gaming Rules

• Once a game session has started, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, c33bmw will settle it according to the system logs.

Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets will be settled based on the official result of the match or event. If a match is cancelled or postponed, c33bmw's specific policy on that bet will apply.

7 Prohibited Activities and Misconduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on c33bmw. Breaching these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

8 Account Suspension and Closure

c33bmw reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Direction from a regulatory or legal authority.
• The user's own request.

Voluntary Account Closure
